Our Attorneys

Attorney Gerry H. Goldsholle graduated from Columbia Law School in 1964. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1964 and the California State Bar in 1991. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals, 2nd Circuit; U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York; U.S. District Court, Northern District of California; and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Attorney Robert K. Scott received a B.A. from United States International University in 1971 and his J.D. from California Western School of Law in 1975. He formerly was a partner with William M. Shernoff, a notable attorney in the area of insurance bad faith.
